1. Standard 24-Hour Delivery  
A dependable choice for regular parcels.  
- Base price: $9.98  
- Plus $0.5 per-kilometre charge  
- Delivery time: within 24 hours from the time of parcel pickup  
Your parcel will be delivered within 24 hours of pickup.

2. Express 3-Hour Delivery  
For urgent parcels requiring same-day arrival.  
- Express base fee: $28.98  
- Plus the same $0.5 per-km rate as standard delivery  
- Delivery time: within 3 hours from the time of parcel pickup  
Your parcel will be delivered within 3 hours of pickup.

Q1: How is the delivery fee calculated?  
A: Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout. They include a base price ($9.98 for 24-hour standard, $28.98 for 3-hour express) plus a per-kilometre charge based on your address.

Q2: How do I know if my address is eligible?  
A: Our system checks your address at checkout. Only addresses within Lower British Columbia are accepted. We do not deliver to the United States.

Q3: Can I change my delivery option after a parcel?  
A: Yes, you can update your delivery option as long as your parcel hasn’t been dispatched. Contact our support team for assistance.

Q4: How quickly will my parcel arrive?  
A:  
- Standard 24-Hour Delivery: Delivered within 24 hours from parcel pickup  
- Express 3-Hour Delivery: Delivered within 3 hours from parcel pickup

Q5: Where will my parcel be delivered if receiver is not available at delivery ?  
A: Parcels are delivered to the front door of your house or the building lobby. Our delivery team is not responsible for items beyond that point.

Q6: Can I track my parcel?  
A: Yes, you can contact us for updates on your parcel status once it is dispatched.

Q7: Are there any items that cannot be delivered?  
A: Yes, we do not deliver illegal items, and parcels must comply with weight and size limits: maximum 50lb per parcel and no item exceeding 36 inches. Any restrictions will be clearly shown at checkout.

Q8: Can I cancel my parcel delivery?  
A: Parcels can be canceled 2hrs before pickup time window. Contact our support team immediately to cancel or modify your delivery.
