MANGO LASSI CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS :-

  • 1 bottle Nanak Mango Lassi
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 chopped ripe mango
  • 1-2 chopped kiwi
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds

METHOD TO PREPARE :-

Mix mango lassi with chia seeds and half of the mango

Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight

Layer the chia pudding mixture with more mangos and kiwi

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve cold

Can be eaten as a light breakfast, snack or a cold dessert.
