Hello,
I just wanted to send this email to thank you for your amazing service! Yesterday we went out for dinner to our friend's place and the driver called to say he was outside our apartment for delivery. We were not home. Instead of the driver getting upset, he said with a cheerful attitude that can drop off the groceries to where we were and came to our friend's house and dropped off the groceries.
This is the kind of exceptional service everyone should strive for!

As a south/north Indian couple, my spouse and I usually go to multiple stores to get all our needs, but you guys had most of what we both needed.
Would be awesome if you also carried dosa batters etc, you're already doing a great job though.
