Cooking Time:12 minutes
- 1 cup ready to use Rava idli Mix
- ½ + 1 cup nanak dahi
- 10 - 12 curry leaves chopped
- Small bunch corriander shopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger grated
- 10 - 12 cashews
- 2 tablespoons oil
METHOD TO PREPARE :-
To a bowl add 1 cup rava idli mix add 1 cup yogurt and set it aside 1 minute.
After a minute add the remaining cup of yogurt, curry leaves, coriander, carrot, green chilli, and ginger. Stir till well combined and set aside for 2 minutes.
Grease your idli molds and add a cashew. Divide the batter and let is steam in the instant pot for 12 minutes.
Place the idli stand in the instant pot and close the lid. Set it to the steam mode and in venting position and let it steam for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes of steaming, take out the idli stand from instant pot and let it cool. Then remove the idli from the mold. Serve with chutney!
