DAHI VADA

Serves:5-6

INGREDIENTS :-

  • 2-3 cups Nanak Dahi
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Nanak Daal Vada
  • ¼ cup green chutney
  • ¼ cup tamarind chutney
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Seeds from a pomegranate
  • Handful of boondi
  • Cilantro

METHOD TO PREPARE :-

Air Fry the Daal Vada at 400 F for 10 - 12 minutes. Flip half way through for uniform colour.

In a bowl mix dahi, cumin powder and salt.

To assemble, spread the spiced dahi. Arrange the vada. Top with both the chutneys and more spiced dahi. Garnish with onion, boondi, pomegranate and cilantro.
